About Jen (she / her)
We often move through life on autopilot — caught up in routines and responsibilities, and unaware of the loving presence of God.
Sometimes small shifts like turning off the noise, paying attention, listening, or leaning into rest & delight can help us begin to recognize and respond to God’s presence and action in our everyday lives.
As a spiritual director, teacher, and retreat leader, it’s my joy to create helpful resources and hold space for you to connect with yourself, God, others, and creation.
I have been involved in the work of spiritual formation for over 18 years in both church and educational settings. I love journeying with people from all walks of life as they ask some of life’s most important questions.
I live in the Twin Cities, MN, with my husband Jeremy, and our three children — one teen and two young adults.

“We cannot attain the presence of God. We’re already totally in the presence of God. What’s absent is awareness.”
